Applicant(s) must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age.
If any information herein is found to be false this application
will be denied and lease made with Applicant may be terminated at any time.

 You will need a monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent amount.
Your income must be verifiable. If you don’t meet the income qualifications,
you will need a co-signor so that all applicants’ income
provides a combined income of at least 5 times the monthly rent amount.
Cosigners must qualify under the same additional criteria. The Co-signor will need to complete a rental application and pay the $40.00 processing fee. The Co-signor will need to be on the Residential Lease Agreement as well. Self-employed applicants must provide a financial statement from a CPA or previous year’s tax statement.

 We check criminal arrest records. No misdemeanors with dates of sentencing less than 3 years old, no felonies with dates of sentencing less than 7 years old, and certain felonies with dates of sentencing less than 10 years old.

 We check for unlawful detainers and evictions. Unlawful detainers or eviction within the last 3 years are grounds for denial. If an applicant has a rental history, the applicant has to provide a verifiable address to do rental verification, and applicant must not have defaulted in lease obligations or community policies.

 We will check relevant information on credit history that affects applicants ability to pay rent (ie: cannot owe previous landlord money)

 Maltreatment towards Old Home Management LLC Employees or the use of profanity is grounds for denial.
